Appointments
We appreciate that your time is valuable, so we schedule appointments for most office care.

- Cancellations or rescheduling should be done 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge
No Show Policy
We require 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you neglect to notify our office with 24 hours notice, you will be charged $50.00. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
Patients have asked why we charge for missed appointments. It is really pretty simple; we want you to get the care that you need. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we want your friends or family to receive the care they need. If you have ever called for an appointment and one wasn’t available to give you on the day you needed, you understand.
Since we started charging for No Shows, we have had a 60% reduction in the number of missed appointments. We so appreciate the courtesy of a call to let us know that you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.

Therefore, the charges may differ from one visit to another. If you ever have a question regarding a charge, please call our billing department.
